In last couple of months I read a lot of books. Some are Bengali, some are English.
The list follows:
Bengali: Durbin by Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay
Moner Manus by Sunil Gaongopadhyay

English: 2 states by Chetan bhagat
The Alchemist by Poulo Coelho

And now I reading the,"Michel Modhusudan Somogro". I had a long dream to read Michel.

All the books were rich in philosophy & beautiful ever lasting thoughts.

ফুচকা...

ফুচকা, এই শব্দ শুনলেই যেন পঞ্চ ইন্দ্রিয় জেগে ওঠে। এখন ভেবেই পাইনা যে, একটা সময় ছিল যখন ফুচকা একদম পছন্দই করতাম না। সময় বদলেছে, ফুচকা এখন আনন্দ। তা দু-তিন দিন ধরেই ভাবা হচ্ছে সন্ধ্যাবেলা ফুচকা খাবার কথা। কিন্তু হচ্ছে না! গতকাল কলম কিনতে গিয়ে দেখলাম রমরমিয়ে ফুচকা বিক্রি চলছে। তখনই ভেবেনিলাম, নাহ্ আর অপেক্ষা নয়, কাল হবেই। যথা ভাবনা তথা পদক্ষ্যেপ! ব্যাগ ও ঠান্ডা পানিয়ের খালি বোতল নিয়ে বেরিয়ে পড়লাম। বেরানোর সময় মেয়ের সেই আনন্দঘন মুখটা! ওর কথা ভাবতে ভাবতেই হাঁটছিলাম। বড় রাস্তায় উঠতেই দেখি আসবাবপত্রের দোকানটা খুলেছে। গত কদিন আগের দূর্ঘটনা হয়তো কাটিয়ে উঠছে তাঁরা! হুস্ করে একটা অটো পাশ দিয়ে বেরিয়ে গেল। অন্যান্য দোকানিরাও সন্ধ্যার ধূপধুনো দিয়ে সান্ধ্য ব্যবসা খুলছেন। মৃদু মন্দ হাওয়া চলছে, বেশ লাগছে। তথ্য প্রযুক্তিতে কাজ করার ফলে আজকাল আর সন্ধ্যা দেখা হয়না যে। তাই এই সব সাধারণ রোজকার ব্যাপারগুলোও ভালোলাগছে। যেমন কোনকিছুর অভাব ই তাকে সাধারণত সুন্দর করে তোলে, এও ঠিক তেমন! কিন্তু এই সবই বাঁধ সাধলো সামনের মোড়টা ঘুরতেই। দেখি তিনি অর্থাৎ ফুচকাওয়ালা আসেননি! ওঁর ঐ এক অসুবিধে, রোজ ও ...

"Waiting to sail" - this shoot was taken in Puri Beach. Puri is situated in Eastern coast of India. It's very popular in Hindus for the Lord Jagannath Temple also the long sea beach is very popular. Coming to the snap, the boat was lying just in-front of our Hotel and the title popped up in my mind before i had taken the position. The snap is very significant for me and my personal life. I had a long waiting experience in almost everything. So I though it would be good if I could spread the message to all those who are still waiting to get to there path, it is the waiting that gives you the time to refresh yourself for the journey. But stay focused through the cross.
